24.Prosecco Spumante Ca’ Vescovo, Cervignano del Friuli, Italy

Bright pale straw-yellow; a fine, clear mousse with a very delicate perlage. Attractively intense, very fruity and aromatic, with hints of Wisteria flowers and Rennet apples. Very well-balanced and appealing, with the extremely delicate almond note that is typical of Glera. (2) – vegetarian

From a Champagne House based in Ville Sur Arce, deep in the south of Champagne. This sparkling has an elegant nose with notes of blossom and yellow fruits. A fresh and generous palate, with a fine balance and long finish with hints of pear. (1) – vegan

A pale gold colour with a stream of fine bubbles. Aromas of cut grass, oyster shell and baked apple. Integrated citrus acidity, fresh and complex with stewed apple flavours. (1) – vegan

Château Fontesteau Cru Bourgeois 2016 Haut-Médoc, Bordeaux, France

This 2016 boasts a very rich garnet colour. The nose is expressive, opening onto jammy aromas of red fruit such as cherry and redcurrant. The palate is ample and full-bodied with a tense, fresh structure. The tannins are silky and fine. This is a remarkably balanced vintage with a real force of character. (D)

Tribute Pale Ale

Proper Job IPA
